Scope of v0.0.1¶
Consent UI on the Customer Portal (CP-rendered) + a functional opt-out link end-to-end with effective server-side suppression. NOTIF owns the opt-out link mechanics and the canonical FR copy; CP owns the consent checkbox rendering.
